Bone Marrow

Explanation

Bone marrow is semi-solid tissue that is mostly found within the ribs, the vertebrae, the bones of the pelvis and the sternum. The function of bone marrow is to produce blood cells including red blood cells, white blood cells or leukocytes and platelets.

Common symptoms of imbalance may include:

• Low energy
• Anemia
• Recurring infections due to lowered immune function
